Student retreat

Client: An educational institution based out of Coimbatore

Challenge:

Post lockdown, the school had witnessed a massive decrease in student’s performance. The students displayed a lackadaisical attitude towards learning. They collaborated with Chrisling for a retreat program to build momentum in students.

Learning intervention:

We conducted a highly engaging retreat program with the following outcomes:

• Spark curiosity

• Instil the drive to learn

• Develop reflective skills

• Inspire them to dream

• Boost their morale

• Importance of setting goals

Impact:

The programme was well-received and we received hand-written letters from the students. The school also reported a 20% increase in their grades after our retreat programme.
